Celebrating Graeme Cowan's New Book: Great Leaders Care
Claxton Speakers is delighted to celebrate the release of Great Leaders Care: Developing Safe, Resilient and Successful Teams, the latest book from leadership and workplace wellbeing expert Graeme Cowan.
A Founding Board Director of R U OK? and host of The Caring CEO podcast, Graeme has dedicated his career to helping organisations build healthier, more resilient and successful teams.
In Great Leaders Care, Graeme challenges the idea that leaders must choose between achieving results and supporting the wellbeing of their people. Drawing on research, conversations with leading CEOs and his own personal experiences, he shares a practical framework for creating workplaces where people feel valued, supported and empowered to perform at their best.
The book explores the importance of self-care, psychological safety, recognising the early signs of burnout and building a culture of genuine connection and care. Through actionable strategies, Graeme demonstrates how caring leadership can strengthen engagement, resilience and sustainable performance.
A timely and valuable resource for leaders navigating the growing pressures of today's workplaces, Great Leaders Care reinforces a powerful message: caring for your people and achieving exceptional results can go hand in hand.
